We offer FREE standard shipping Australia-wide for all non-wholesale customer orders over $25.

We offer FREE standard shipping Australia-wide for all wholesale customer orders over $120.

All other shipping with be calculated at checkout. We offer standard tracked shipping within Australia, which will typically arrive within 2-5 business days. Currently, we do not offer international shipping.

Orders will be packed and posted as soon as possible. As our products are made to order, please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be processed. If you place your order over the weekend or on a public holiday, your order will be processed the next business day.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number. Please ensure that all details are entered correctly before submitting your order.

Refund Policy

Please request all refunds via email within 7 days of receipt, less shipping. When a refund request is made, we will consider each request on a case-by-case basis and arrange for a refund to be paid where we consider appropriate or when required to do so by law. 

Please note that shipping and postage fees will not be covered or reimbursed.

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately via email. However, if your order has been processed already, then you will need to request a refund and post the goods back as per our refund policy.

All refunds will be credited to their original payment method. Please note that credit card refunds may take up to 10 days to process.
